Description

1. Cut existing pipe and install new cut off valve, install new actuator and connect to new thermostats, etc. in Health Services building. 2. Each re-heat coil will require an actuator valve, cut off valve, and approximately 3 feet of 3/4''copper pipe, wired to new thermostats to be mounted on the wall for that zone. This will allow the re-heat coil to properly heat the zone separate from the fin tube heat zone 3. Distribute communication cabling to Metasys Control engineer to each unit 4. Contractor will have to sub-contract (and pay directly) Johnson Controls to tie into the existing Metasys Control System for a complete turnkey project
