Madison Street Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project

As of August 17, 2023, per Owner, all bids rejected due to the high cost. Furnish and install approximately 1,600 LF 15-iinch PVC sanitary sewer, new manholes, laterals and restoration. Question Deadline 07/20/2023 at 3:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. 7.02 Addenda may be issued to clarify, correct, supplement, or change the Bidding Documents. 7.03 Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose name and address are on record with the Engineer as having obtained Contract Documents.
