2022 Asphalt and Concrete Repair Project War Memorial Stadium Parking Lot

The Trustees of the University of Wyoming have accepted all work related to the project entitled 2022 Asphalt & Concrete Repair Project - War Memorial Stadium Parking Lot as Substantially Complete in accordance with the Plans and Specifications as set forth in the Contract dated May 20, 2022, by and between the Trustees of the University of Wyoming and Simon Contractors, 6215 Clear Creek Parkway, Cheyenne, WY 82007. As of March 7, 2023, the Trustees of the University of Wyoming will pay the Contractor the full amount due them under said Contract, provided the work is fully completed and the Contract fully performed. Nothing in the above-mentioned Section 16-6-116 of the Wyoming Statutes Annotated, 1997, (Supp. 1982), shall be construed as relieving the Contractor and surety on his bond from any claim or claims for work or labor done, or materials or supplies furnished in the execution of this Contract.
