On-Call Planning Support Services

The City of Laguna Hills is a General Law City incorporated on December 20, 1991, and has expanded to its current boundaries with two subsequent annexations. The City covers 6.6 square miles, has approximately 90 miles of streets and a population of approximately 31,000. The City follows a “contract model” to provide services to the community. The City of Laguna Hills invites all interested parties to respond to this Request for Proposal to provide Consultant Services for On-Call Planning Support Services for the City of Laguna Hills. Several consulting firms may be selected to enter into a multi-year Professional Services Agreements with a tentative start date of April 12, 2023. Although the Agreements will have a $500,000 annual compensation limit, there is no guarantee of any compensation for any given firm as all work will be based upon the issuance of task orders as needed to fulfill the City’s needs.
