| Description | All questions must be received by the Purchasing Agent, in writing, no later than 4:00 P.M. on May 16, 2023. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work, including installation of (3) new anion exchange (IX) PFAS Treatment Facilities at the Township of Livingstons existing Well 1, 4 & 11 sites, and the installation of approximately 6,100 linear feet of existing water main with new 12-inch, 8-inch and 6-inch diameter cement lined ductile iron pipe. The work shall be completed within 730 calendar day of the Contractors receipt of written Notice to Proceed. |
