Description

Initial Task Order Project: The proposed initial task order to be awarded under the MACC is the “Repair 28 Bomb Squadron/Simulator, Building 6030” on Dyess AFB, TX. However, the Government reserves the right to change or substitute this project for other projects as necessary due to availability or funding constraints. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to conduct all demolition, repairs, upgrades, or maintenance requirements in accordance with the associated project specifications and drawings. The Request for Proposal documents will be available as part of the initial MACC advertisement on or about 28 February 2020. The performance period for this project is three hundred and sixty five (365) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NTP will be issued within 10 days after award of the initial project.
