| Description | 1. Remove existing batten strips and trim 2. Existing exterior sheathing, soffit, and fascia is to remain intact 3. Install house wrap over existing siding 4. Install LP Smart side woodgrain texture panel over existing siding 5. Install 1”x 2” LP smart side batten strips @ 12” on center 6. Install LP Smart side 1”x4” trim around all exterior openings 7. Complete caulking at joints where necessary 8. Paint entire structure with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Resilience Exterior Acrylic Latex flat paint 1. Custom color specs will be provided by owner 9. All steel posts and beams are to remain exposed 10. Existing drinking fountain attached to Brewer Open Shelter will be permanently removed prior to new siding • Work schedule is to be coordinated with ownerFor siding removal and replacement on Open Shelters at the following Kent County Parks Department locations. 1.
