Description

Project Scope: The successful contractor (s) shall be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, supervision, bonds, insurance, tools, equipment and services required for the relocation of one (1) portable classroom building to Freedom Elementary School all in accordance with the provisions of this Invitation To Bid, including these Specifications. a. Work shall include foundations, moving and setting the building from and to the indicated location, installing associated ramps, landings, skirting, platforms and steps, making all utility installations and connections and performing all renovations as indicated by the drawings and specifications. A typical foundation layout for the type of building being moved is included in the bid documents. The foundations and ramps at the departing sites shall be removed and the site restored to the previous conditions.
