Description

The purpose and intent of this request for formal quote is to establish contract(s) with experienced, licensed, contractors to provide for the backflow testing, repairing, and replacing services (all labor, personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials, etc.), on designated projects, which cannot be handled in-house. Services will be required on an as needed basis, county wide. This quote will establish fixed hourly labor rates, firm percentages for parts, supplies and materials and related equipment pricing for the contract period as specified herein. The contractor(s) shall be able to complete all site work projects/tasks normally encountered at a job site. Selected contractors will receive project direction from Support Operations.
