Infrastructure and Streetscape Improvements to Improve Residents’ Access to Commuter Rail Station and Bus Hub

Infrastructure and streetscape improvements on several neighborhood streets that will improve residents’ access to the new Commuter Rail Station and Bus Hub. Improvements will include repaving the roadways, replacing ADA curb ramps, replacing sidewalks and driveway ramps on both sides of the streets, planting trees and other vegetation, and installing green infrastructure and landscaping at the intersection of Watson, Rand, and Pine Streets. The following streets are to be improved: 1. Watson Street (Lonsdale Ave. to Pine St.) – approx. 1,000 ft. 2. Rand Street (Lonsdale Ave. to Pine St.) – approx. 1,100 ft. 3. Rand Street (Pine St. to Dexter St.) – approx. 470 ft. 4. Central Street (Pine St. to Dexter St.) – approx. 500 ft. 5. Knight Street (Pine St. to Dexter St.) – approx. 560 ft. 6. Cross Street (Pine St. to Dexter St.) – approx. 600 ft.
