Lawn Care Services The Housing Authority of the City of McAllen (MHA) and Instrumentalities, McAllen Housing Facility Corporation (MHFC) and McAllen Housing Development Corporation (MHDC) are seeking sealed bids from qualified Landscapers to provide Lawn Care Services. Qualified Section 3 respondents will receive preference and Minority, Women's, and Historically Underutilized Businesses are encouraged to reply. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any irregular or incomplete bids, or all proposals and to waive any informality in the selection process which allows for selection of a Vendor/Contractor most advantageous to the Housing Authority. Proposals may be held by the Housing Authority for a period not to exceed 60 days from the submission due date for the purpose of reviewing and investigation of the respondent's qualifications prior to the selection of the qualified Vendor/Contractor for these services.
