Interchange 35 Bridge Replacement at MP 278.93 BIN 5510099

1. Implement provisions of the Work Zone Traffic Control Plans as required for the work. 2. Install temporary erosion and sediment control devices and perform clearing and grubbing operations. 3. Install temporary pavement and transfer traffic to stage 1 traffic as per plans. 4. Install median drainage. 5. Relocate fiber optic utility at north end of bridge. 6. Install temporary excavation protection to progress substructure excavation. 7. Construct proposed bridge as per plans. 8. Install Geosynthetic Reinforced Earth System Wall as shown on contract plans. 9. Install embankment material for the proposed ramp alignment. 10. Construct proposed ramp and tie into existing ramp as shown on the contract plans. 11. Install guiderail and pavement markings. 12. Transfer traffic to new alignment and bridge 13. Remove existing bridge and approach pavement to the limits shown on the contract plans. 14. Construct west wingwalls, backfill and finish grading. 15. Restore disturbed areas and remove temporary erosion and sediment control devices upon stabilization of all disturbed areas. 16. Clean up as directed by the Engineer
