Description | Bids shall be made in ac- cordance and fully comply with Solicitation for Bids Requirements for Bidders Bidder's Proposal Specifica- tions and other bidding doc- uments on file and available for examination at the Office of the City Clerk in City Hall. These documents are made a part of this notice as though fully set forth herein. b. Davis Bacon Act wage rules shall apply. All laborers and mechanics employed by contractors and sub-contrac- tors on projects funded di- rectly by or assisted in whole or in part by and through the DWSRF funds shall be paid wages at rates not less than those prevailing on projects of a character similar in the locality as determined by the Secretary of Labor in accordance with subchapter IV of Chapter 31 of Title 40, United States Code. The De- partment of Labor provides all pertinent information related to compliance with labor standards, including prevailing wage rates and instructions for reporting.
