The work consists of the rehabilitation of up to 73 brick/concrete manholes within the city’s sanitary sewer system. The work areas are broken into seven general geographic areas throughout the city. Five of these areas are included in the base bid, and two additional areas (Areas 6 & 7) are included as bid alternates.
