Questions should be directed to: Richard Wilson, Director of Operations, Streets - 816-768-2933 BID SECURITY: If required, each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond issued by a corporate surety qualified to do business in the State of Missouri, accompanied by a certified copy of a Power of Attorney attesting to his or her authority to sign Bonds and conduct business in the State of Missouri, or a certified cashier's check on an acceptable bank, made payable, without condition, to the City in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid. The undersigned hereby agrees that this bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. |
