Description

Final design engineering services related to the Town's Wastewater Project in which the town is applying for an IOCRA Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and with USDA Rd for the local match of the project. Secure all necessary permits and approvals and develop bid schedules and specifications, provide updated budgets, attend meetings as required and administer the bidding process of the recommended work. Review bids and provide recommendations. Provide construction engineering including contract document preparation, conduct pre-construction meeting, review shop drawings/submittals, review construction related issues, review pay requests, change orders, etc. Engineer shall provide construction full-time observation during the construction of the project.
