Burleigh County Provident Building Chiller Replacement

General work will consist of incidental work associated with the installation of the Chiller and Pumps, including but not limited to, concrete equipment pads or pad extensions. Mechanical work will consist of removal of the existing chiller and chilled water pumps, installation of a new chiller and condenser water pumps including VFDs and controls for each, system piping as required for installing the new equipment, and new valves and pipe accessories as required for a fully functional installation. Electrical work will consist of incidental work associated with disconnecting existing power and providing electrical power to the new mechanical equipment. A pre-bid walk-through meeting will be scheduled in the first addendum. Each Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing, on the outside, the Name of the Bidder, his Address, the Name of the Project, the Bidder's State of North Dakota License Class and Number, and the Date on which the License was issued or renewed.
