Separate sealed bids for the replacement of Replacement of Roof at City Water Building , consisting of approximately 2,900 square feet of metal roofing and other areas as directed by the City Engineer in Frostburg, and miscellaneous work This work shall include the furnishing and placing of a new metal roofing system. Work to include installation of new metal roofing system. All necessary insulation, water proofing, base materials (3/4" plywood), fasteners and gravel stop must be included in bid. All necessary logistical changes for removal of old roof and installation of new roof should be included in bid.
