The scope of w ork for this project requires the contractor to provide all material, equipment, supplies, labor & supervision required to complete project in accordance w ith the SOW. 3. The applicable NAICS 236220 ($39,500,000). 4. This project is on a secure military facility. All personnel accessing the base w ill be required to submit personal information for a background investiation w ith the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification Index (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) in accordance w ith AFI 10-245. 5. Please review w w w .SAM.GOV for detials Project Overview: This project encompasses HVAC sustainment work to be performed in B3331; specifically on the western half of the building. The facility was constructed in 1980 and its HVAC systems to include the exterior pad mounted condensing unit, Air Handler Unit (AHU) located inside B3331's mechanical room, and Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes have reached the end of their life cycle and are in need of replacement to a more energy efficient system. Also, the majority of the controls are still analog and are required to be converted over our digital control network located in B3301. Contractor shall adhere to standards and requirements in all attachments(sequence of operation,Attachment 3 HVAC Spec, etc). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
