| Description | The existing twin cooling tower system will be removed and replaced. A new twin cell cooling tower with VSD fans will be installed at the same location The existing condenser pump will be replaced with a new condenser pump with VSD A three -way mixing valve will be installed in the mechanical room to allow condenser water reset. Existing DDC controls will be reused with modifications to accomplish a temperature reset. Electrical will reuse existing power with some modifications, a new circuit will be run for basin heaters. |
