This is not a mandatory meeting, although interested firms are encouraged to participate. A bidder's failure to attend the pre-bid conference will in no way relieve the bidder of the responsibility of performing the work in strict compliance with the true intent and meaning of the terms, conditions and specifications of this ITB. You must register with the ARRC Contract Administrator by filling out and returning the Plan holder Registration Form to receive subsequent addenda. Failure to register may adversely affect your bid. It is the Bidder's responsibility to insure that they have received all addenda affecting this ITB. ARRC is seeking the services of a qualified firm to remove and replace the roof at the Seward Engine House in Seward Alaska.
