Reconstruction of Manchester Avenue (C.R. 10) From Alpine Street to Western Boulevard (C.R. 85)

Work to be performed under this Contract consists of the construction of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Manchester Avenue and Adams Street, traffic signal improvements at the intersection of Lacey Road and Manchester Avenue, roadway widening along Manchester Avenue and Ramp A, the construction and upgrading of underground drainage systems, the milling and resurfacing of Manchester Avenue from Adams Street to Western Boulevard, and pedestrian facility upgrades to meet current ADA standards. The traffic signals shall meet current MUTCD standards. The drainage construction includes the installation of reinforced concrete pipe, ductile iron pipe, inlets, and manholes. The work also includes upgrading regulatory and warning signs and striping.
