Coco Palms Sewage Pumping Station (SPS) Emergency Generator Installation and Building Modification for the Department of Public Works, Wastewater Management, County of Kauai. Division of Purchasing, Department of Finance, for the Furnishing and Paying for all materials, labor, transportation, tools, equipment, machinery and services necessary to construct in place complete: Coco Palms Sewage Pumping Station (Sps) Emergency Generator Installation and Building Modifications County of Kaua'i Bidders are further notified of the requirements of Act 190, SLH 2011, SB 758, wherein the County of Kaua'i is required to utilize the Hawai'i Compliance Express (HCE) to obtain proof of compliance with tax, registration, and labor requirements prior to the issuance of an award.
