Description

Provide NEPA/Environmental services for various Civil Engineering projects on the Wind River Indian Reservation. Selection Criteria will include prior similar experience (40), experience with Indian Reservations (10), staff experience and team qualifications (20), understanding of projects/program (10), sensitivity to Indian culture (5), experience working with the Bureau of Indian Affairs (15), availability location (10), experience working P.L. 93-638 contracts (5), and TERO Certified - Indian Owned (15). Total possible points = 130. The "Statement of Qualifications" shall include at a minimum: 1. Resumes of key staff 2. Project experience 3. References, minimum of 3 with at least one being tribal affiliated 4. Schedule of Rates (hourly fee schedule) Six copies of "Statement of Qualifications" will be received by the Wind River Transportation Department, #1114 - 17 Mile Road, Arapahoe, Wyoming 82510. Please limit proposal length to 40 pages or fewer.
