Ductless A/C Split System for the Forensic Lab at the Police Department

Furnish and install (1) Ductless A/C Split System in the Digital Forensic Lab at the Waterbury Police Station, 255 East Main Street. Specifications: Provide (1) complete Daikin 3 Ton Ductless A/C Split System with low ambient control to operate to -10 deg F or lower temperature. The system shall have a wall mounted indoor unit. . The system shall have a remote outdoor wall mounted condensing unit. Location to be determined by owner. Provide remote or wired thermostat for the system. Refrigerant line sets shall be run above finished ceiling. All core boring and penetrations shall be included in this scope of work. All penetrations to be sleeved and fire caulked as required. All electrical line and low voltage shall be included and coordinated with the customer. Provide condensate piping as required to location to be determined by owner. All work shall be coordinated with the owner. Provide all permits and fees. Pressurize, leak test, evacuate and charge systems. Start and test equipment as required. On completion of satisfactory startup of equipment, provide owner training of system operation. Provide owner 2 sets of owner manuals. Provide 1 year parts and labor warranty.
