Description

Refinishing five (5) wooden gym floors in three (3) schools within the District. 1. The floors are to be screened using a dust free method. Dry sanding/screening is Spartanburg One’s preferred method. Any wet sanding must have prior approval from Jason McCraw. 2. Screening process will remove black scuff marks and other damage on the floors. 3. Product application specifications to be applied and must be, at minimum, within manufacturer's standards (minimum of two (2) coats is required.) 4. Gym floor finish and coats applied must be compatible with existing gym floor finish and specifications provided by the vendor must be correct for this application. 5. All solution(s) and associated debris must be removed from the floor, towel tracking the floor until there is no residue remaining on the floor. 6. Gym Floor Finish Application: No applicator streaks, ridge lines or alligatoring will be left on the floor when finished work is completed.
