Site Upgrades at Elms Village

This project generally consists of bituminous pavement repair, some re-stripping, concrete sidewalk work, couple of trees, and stump grinding. Note this project is for the Elms Village Apartment complex, work is also confined to the sidewalks, concrete curbing, tree removal, and stump grinding related to sidewalk replacement. All other work shown on the plan will not part of this bid.
