The City of Bremerton solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in Material Testing for federally funded projects. This agreement will be for approximately 12 months in duration with the option for the City of Bremerton to extend it for additional time and money if necessary. Project Description: The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of sampling and testing materials for improvements to the following project: Kitsap Way (SR310) and Warren Avenue (SR303) Traffic Signal and Multimodal Safety: Evaluation Criteria Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria:1) Qualifications/Expertise of Firm2) Ability to meet schedule3) Approach to project4) Familiarity with WSDOT/FHWA standards5) Past Performance/References Submittal Submittals should include the following information: Firm name, phone and fax numbers; Name of Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager; and Number of employees in each firm proposed to project.
