Description

To have contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance etc, necessary to replace he roof at Rocky Gap State Park Camp Store. This project is located at 12500 Pleasant Valley Road, Flintstone, MD 21530. The job completion time is 180 days and $350 per day for liquidated damages. This project consists ofthe Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to replace the roof at Rocky Gap State Park Camp Store. The project is located at 12500 Pleasant Valley Rd, Flintstone MD, 21530. The proposed project shall include but is not limited to the following: a. Remove approximately 2,100 SF ofrubber membrane roof, nine (9)- 24"X24" skylights and curbing, two (2)- 24"X24" roofvents, and to include 2,100 SF built up false roof deck and existing wood framing b. Install approximately 2,100 SF of new roof decking and frame to achieve a 2% positive drainage to new roofscuppers and spouting c. Install approximately 2,100 SF of cover board and a Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) system d. Install approximately 100 LF of new parapet wall and coping to a height of 30"above roof deck. e. Install five (5)- 6"X6" roofscuppers, collection heads and spouting in specified locations of new parapet wall. f. Install seven (7)- 24"X24" new sky lights and curbing to a height of 12" above finished roof deck. g. Elevate two (2) sewer vents to a minimum height of 18" above finishedroof deck. h. Install approximately 80' of 6" seamless gutter and down spouting on two (2) adjoining roofs above the new (TPO) roof. i. Remove and replace approximately1,000 SF of new LP Smartside for soffit and parapet exterior face j. Relocate bathroom fresh air venting to the rear wall ofthe pipe chase 1. Contractor shall maintain a clean work site, and upon completion of work, return the site to a preconstruction condition.
