Description

Excavation, grading, and site work to improve and define drainage channel beds and slopes from the existing concrete drainage channel on the western side of the subdivision to the western side of Lamb Drive. Installation of rock rip-rap along the channel's beds and slopes within the existing 25-ft drainage easement and 10-ft temporary construction easements.
