Description

Renovation of 20,330 SF of existing Senior Center building. The existing shell shall be revised in select locations increasing the existing square footage of the building. The primary use of the building is kept the same and spaces re-organized for better functionality. There will also be considerable site, landscaping and parking lot improvements that will provide better accessibility for the seniors.
