Landscaping for Kidder Street - Main to Prospect

Restore all lawn areas detrimentally affected by the recent street reconstruction to an evenly graded and aesthetically pleasing finished lawn space. Contractor to excavate and dispose of backfill in place to provide 3” of topsoil and seed per standard specifications. Restoration areas include, but are not limited to; terraces between curb and sidewalk, lawn directly behind sidewalks, lawn along driveway approaches, and affected areas at crossing streets.
