Park Bond Reinvestment Projects: Hartkopf, Lakeland, and Norwood Parks

This package of projects at Hartkopf, Lakeland, and Norwood Parks is a part of the larger Park Bond Reinvestment effort. Each of the three parks has site work which includes, but is not limited to, improvements for parking lots, multi-use trails, athletic fields, basketball courts, concrete walks and equipment pads, community gardens, nature play areas, and site lighting. Norwood Park also includes a new park building that will serve day camp programming and warming house needs, including restrooms, a kitchen, a multi-purpose room, and a warming house area which also doubles as a storm shelter. Hartkopf Park will also include site prep and utility work to accommodate and coordinate the installation of prefabricated restroom buildings which will procured directly by the City. All projects also include respective excavation, grading, utility work, stormwater infiltration areas and landscaping to complete the park improvement projects.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
