Construction of Harvest Townside Phase 3 Utilities

The project is located in Belmont Fresh Water Supply District No. 2in Denton County, Texas. The site may be reached from Interstate Highway 35W by traveling north to the FM-407 exit.Exit FM-407 and turn left,heading west. Continue heading west for approximately 0.3 miles and turn right onto Harvest Way heading north. Continue heading north for approximately 1.6 miles.After 1.6 miles, Harvest Town side Phase 3 will be to the west of Harvest Way just before the road becomes Briar wood Road.The project consists of approximately 5,100 LF sanitary sewer, 5,600 LF of water, and 2,400 LF of storm sewer for 99 residential lots.
