Suggs Park Pickleball Courts

As a part of doing business with the Town of Collierville, Tennessee, each individual, company or organization is required to obtain a Vendor Number to reference when requesting a copy of any bid. The Vendor will also be required to reference its Vendor Number on the Bid Response Form. General and/or technical questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the TOWN DIRECTOR OF GENERAL SERVICES, Office of General Services, by mail at 500 Poplar View Parkway, Collierville, TN 38017; by fax number 901-457-2258; or by email at tocpurchasing@colliervilletn.gov. The following information must be included in any general and/or technical questions submitted: *Vendor Number, Contact Name, Company Name and Address, Telephone and Fax Number, BID Number, and BID Due Date The WORK required under this CONTRACT includes furnishing and paying for all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment and other items for the construction of six (6) pickleball courts at Suggs Park located at 161 East South Street, Collierville, TN 38017 complete in every detail, ready for the TOWN's beneficial use as specified herein and/or indicated on the CONTRACT drawings.. The PROJECT shall consist of, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. Post-tension concrete courts 2. Surfacing 3. Athletic lighting 4. Fencing 5. Concrete connection to existing concrete area of Suggs Park
