| Description | The scope of services required by the HPHA in connection with this RFP covers the entire spectrum of services customarily provided to governmental entities by Mason Contractors. The services provided should include, but need not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, material, and equipment to complete the following work: a. Forming, preparing, pouring and finishing new sections of concrete curbing, walkways, walls, and flooring as directed and required using established industry standards and practices. b. Patching and repairing of concrete surfaces and structures as directed and required using established industry standards and practices. c. Concrete expansion joint repairs and replacement. d. Repair to and/or replacement of patio areas including steps as required and directed. | ||
