Cottonwood Elementary School Site Improvement

The Casa Grande Elementary School District is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for site improvements at Cottonwood Elementary School. All work is to be completed as shown pre drawings and documents included with this bid. This project’s scope of work involves the following: A. Removal of existing concrete in and around the campus area. B. Storm drain and drywell improvements in and around the campus. C. Concrete paving including sidewalk. D. Landscape and irrigation site improvements in and around the campus. E. Fencing and Gate Improvements F. Hardscape and site improvements within the campus including shade structures, site furnishings and playgrounds.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Sidewalks, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
