| Description | Project scope shall include the Paving Improvements, approximately 34,201 SY of 6" - 3600 psi concrete pavement on approximately 36,135 SY of 7" lime stabilized subgrade, and all related miscellaneous items and appurtenances as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans, and City of Josephine specifications, to serve 202 lots on approximately 126 acres. The project is located East and North of the intersection of F.M. 6 & C.R. 2606 in City of Josephine ETJ, Hunt County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened. |
