Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux / Saint Johns

A new Walk-On's prototype has been released and we are rebidding this project with it. The new prototype is very similar to the previous version, but 1,000 square feet smaller. You are one of three confirmed bidders for the Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux ground-up project located outside of Jacksonville, FL in St. Johns, FL in The Pavilion at Durbin Park Development. This project is an invited bid only. The civil scope including landscaping will be performed by others. The project scope is to within 5 ft of the building line. The civil documents are in the process of being updated with the new plan layout. If you have trouble downloading them, please let me know. The link is only good for 7 days, so please download as soon as possible. The project has already been submitted to the local municipality and health department for their review. The Client intends to move quickly on this with the awarded contractor needing to be mobilized and on site by 9/30/2022.
