Brevard High School

Pre-qualify Contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, tools & equipment. Brevard High School consists of two buildings/additions (totaling roughly 81,029 sf) and renovations in the existing school buildings (totaling roughly 110,612 sf). Brevard High School will have a few existing structures demolished to allow new construction for a new two-story building to house an auxiliary gymnasium, kitchen/cafeteria, media center, administration offices and main entrance to the school. The 2nd new building addition, a single story, will provide new space for CTE coursework and provide a connection to the multiple existing classrooms. Interior renovations in the existing buildings on campus include electrical system upgrades, mechanical system upgrades, bathroom improvements, auditorium updates, full fire sprinkler in the space, upgrading/expanding the existing fire alarm system and various other finish scope updates. Sitework adjustments/improvements will be made to the existing site for access and parking while providing an expansive outdoor area leading to the football field.
