Landscaping Bollards

Scope of Work: 1. 18" x 7'4" Non Illuminated Individual Channel Letters “TSU” installed on concrete bollards. 2. Concrete bollards weight 2800 – 4000 pounds including the letters. Must fit the proposed dimensions for aesthetic and uniformity – Shape can be modified 3. Letters to be centered to the base of the proposed bollards 4. Concrete bollards can be framed and /or hollow to compensate for weight due to size. 5. Channel letters to have internal frames for support. 6. Exterior of letters “TSU” in brushed aluminum. 7. Bollards w/ letters designed to withstand wind shear per the Houston, TX area 8. Bollards and / or Letters should be removable (detached from either) in case of damage 9. Bollards must have a configuration to allow for a fork truck to lift from bottom 10. Bollards should be constructed where potential impact area is to the bollards and not the letters. 11. Proposal should include materials, fabrication, shop drawings for approval and installation 12. Alternate recommendation of fabrications and materials are welcome, but should be priced as an alternate line item; i.e. water bladder bollards (filled and emptied) for ease movement 13. Alternate illumination of letters and / or bollards, but price should be a separate line item.
