The lowest responsive bidders in each Area must demonstrate successful completion of projects of similar size and scope to be considered for the award of this contract. Description: Pumping septic tanks and floor drain holding tanks. Location: Various locations in Region 3, in the counties of Androscoggin, Kennebec, Somerset, Franklin, Oxford, and Piscataquis, Maine. Outline of Work: Provide all labor, equipment and applicable tools for pumping septic tanks and floor drain holding tanks, as well as transport and disposal of collected material to MaineDOT specified sites, and other incidental work. This Bid May Be Submitted by Using an Internet-based Online Service Available at Site. It Is Important to Note That the Bid Express service Is Not the Same Service That Mainedot Uses for Its Construction Projects (Site).
