Remove existing HVAC system in its entirety and replace with new system per the ITB Plans, Specifications, Drawings, and Statement of Work. PROJECT FUNDING: This Project is anticipated to be funded with State and Federal funds. Award is dependent upon OMDs receipt of sufficient Project funding OMD is soliciting sealed Bids for the above named Project located in Milton Freewater OR, Construction cost for bonding purposes only is estimated to be $850K for Base Bid and Alternates. Bidders and subs must be registered with the Oregon CCB at time of bid. Project is subject to BOLI requirements Questions regarding the ITB must be sent in writing via email to samuel.a.goff.nfg@army.mil by the specified deadline in the ITB The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes only: $800,000.00 to $850,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
