Metasys Building Automation System Upgrade

Updating the Metasys N2 control system to a new Metasys BACnet control system for the Orange County Fire Rescue Headquarters first and second floors. New equipment shall be compatible with the exiting Johnson Controls system installed. This upgrade will consist of reconfiguring the network interface, removing the old N2 Network Engine terminal units, removing the fan terminal units, the N2 DDC Controller, Computer Room AC units CRU 1 thru 5, and the N2 Field Controllers. All field wiring along with field devices connected to the N2 Controller will remain in place. A report will be generated to identify any non-functioning or inaccurate field devices and presented to the Fire Rescue maintenance staff at the completion of each phase of the project.
