The Dracut Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Housing Type: Family 705-03 Development for the Dracut Housing Authority in Dracut Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by TBA Architects, Inc ..The Project consists of: Perron lane Roof Replacement, Phase 2. Roof replacement at four buildings. Stripping existing roof to deck, replace underlayment, shingles, ridge vent, drips, gutters, downspouts and fascia.The base bid work is estimated to cost $$61,685Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 A44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 AA26 to 27H inclusive. Hard copy bids will not be accepted by the Awarding Authority. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Dracut Housing Authority
