Description

NAVFAC Specification Work Order No.: 1669628 for Annual Maintenance for Bancroft Hall - Wing 6: Purpose of this project is to provide annual Maintenance to include architectural, mechanical, and electrical work. Architectural work will include the replacement of wardrobe doors in MIDs rooms. Mechanical work will include the replacement of steam traps, the shooting range HVAC exhaust system, chilled water connection in the attic and lagging of existing pipe in hallways. Electrical work will include the replacement of light fixtures and lamps with LED panel light fixtures. Project description details include: 1. Replacement of wardrobe doors and con-ex locker doors in the Midshipmen dorm rooms; 2. Replacement of acoustical suspension ceiling in all hallways of Wing 6; 3. Replacement of the lagging (insulation) on piping above the hallway ceilings; 4. Provide chilled water lines that will connect the existing chill water risers to the existing AHUs in the attics; 5. Replacement of steam traps; 6. Replacement of the existing fluorescent light fixtures to LED light fixtures; 7. Replacement of the HVAC system for the Wing 2 shooting ranges; 8. Door repairs to Wings 7 and 8 exterior doors; 9. Installation of partition systems for Dental treatment areas in the basement of Wing 6.
