Hanson Drive Elevation Project

This work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the elevation and retrofit of 2932, 3000, 3012, 3016_Hanson Drive in Charlotte, NC as required by FEMA and Mecklenburg County. The project will consist of site preparation/clearing, raising/lowering the houses, demolition and removal of existing foundations, construction of the new foundations per design plans, retrofit of the houses, additions/materials, and grading/finish work. See Design plans for specific details and work description. The site is an active neighborhood. Precautionary measures will be needed to protect the road/sidewalk/trees during construction. The contractor will be held responsible for any/all damages.
