Description

As part of the City's ongoing initiatives to meet the requirements of the Second Amended Consent Decree (SACD), the City has planned the West Peachtree Area Improvement projects to address flooding conditions at North Avenue and Central Park streets as defined in the attached conceptual report. The proposed improvements consist of gray and green infrastructure projects. The Project is to be designed and constructed in two phases using the Progressive Design-Build delivery method. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
