Rehabilitation of Brown's Bridge Road Over Raquette River

Project limits extend from approximately 125 feet southwest of the bridge and end approximately 180 feet northeast of the bridge. Work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in the specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: removal of the existing bridge superstructure and replacement with a new two span, continuous, steel multi-girder superstructure and a monolithic concrete deck slab, construction of approach and sleeper slabs at each end of the bridge, modification and repair of existing abutments, and removal and replacement of the existing center pier, and reconstruction of roadway approaches as required to accommodate bridge rehabilitation efforts.
