Roy Lassiter Hall 2nd Floor Remodel Design Services

Professional services are required in the discipline of architecture for the design and construction oversight of the remodel of the English Department located at Roy Lassiter Hall Building #8, Second Floor, 1 UNF Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32224. The scope of services includes providing complete architectural design and construction oversight for the remodel, and will encompass the following: 1) New Second Floor design configuration of spaces for better utilization of overall existing space and a more current learning environment for students and faculty. 2) Addition of new ceilings, lights, flooring, and wall finishes. 3) Evaluation and recommendation for any repair/replacement of existing roof, mechanical, and electrical systems. 4) Evaluation of IT services to provide the needed network for current and expanded technologies.
